In the forums, several people have asked about reporting functions that Spiceworks does not yet handle, in particular ticket details for each ticket. Parts of this post are available in several other threads but I thought it would be handy to concatinate this info into the reports group.
You can always set up an ODBC to the Spiceworks database (you might want to try this on a copy of the database if you plan on doing anything fancy first) and then do some further reporting in your favourite reporting software.

Download current version of SQLite ODBC driver from:

Install with defaults
Control panel > administrative tools > data sources ODBC
System DSN tab
Add
SQLite3 ODBC Driver
Finish
Data Source Name: SpiceworksDB
Database Name: C:\Program Files\Spiceworks\db\...
